Mother, mother, mother you are often times misunderstood.
Your work and worth often times goes unnoticed.
But oh it is the folly of man to chase after the wind.
We without hesitation arise from our foolishness and see you for you are.
Name you for what you are worth and give you what you deserve.
A precious person you are, a diamond, a ruby by far.
When sin came into the world to separate our hearts from God’s, then God gave us mothers. Mothers who would be the bridge between the role we are playing now and the person we are suppose to be.
Mothers who would dry our tears when we cry, kiss our hands when they hurt and hold our heads in her arms when it aches.
Know now and forever that you are loved and appreciated, though often times it goes unstated.
